(USA) Missouri LLC

Sorry about this not being quite the right place, but I'm new to the OPPT stuff and just learning. It also seemed like a place to possibly get legit answers.

Anyways, I was getting ready to file for a LLC here in Missouri to start a business related to energy production and food production. I was wanting to help free people at least from the biggest worries of the daily grind. However, I don't really know if I need to file for a LLC now that the government is in foreclosure. I don't understand how I am to start and do business in the OPPT world without using the currencies and filing as a corporation to reduce liability and all that.

Further, I don't understand if I have to file taxes lol. What is the deal with that stuff?

I asked the OPPT-IN.com website these questions and didn't get any help, just a link to another site.
