Hearing Some Negativity on Blogs

Has anyone heard or read on any blogs about people getting into serious trouble in court using the Courtesy Notice? Please don't get the impression that I'm trying to put a damper on this process, I really want to believe it will work. I have read some rumblings in blogs and was wandering if anybody else had read or heard anything.

This blog rambles on for 100 pages. Some posters attack the OPPT and the UCC postings saying they are illegitament and badly flawed. Some posters defend it with passion. Its the mention of court cases involving the notices that attracted my interest. It's a long read.
Google "is the OPPT a scam" and you will find the blogs that I have looked thru.

looking further into the author ...i find it strange how lengthy and passionate his article is when he hasn't even looked much into it. ??

To which author are you refering to so that I can reread that particular post.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the court cases mentioned in the postings?
